I get insomnia a lot – post menopause will do that Other times hubby shatters my sleep – he’s got serious health issues. Either way my sleep pattern is shredded more often than not. However, having only vaguely heard the name until now, and having just done a search, I could easily drift off to sleep imagining Gerard Butler… great taste M!!! Never cared for pretty boys – this guy looks nicely rugged ZZzzzzzz
One thing I’ve learned recently: don’t fight insomnia. Go get some exercise, watch some TV, or (if your workplace allows) go into work early and figure on heading home when you get tired. I had an episode recently where I was **awake** the entire night, called in sick to work, and finally drifted off to sleep around 7 AM, having been in bed since 9 PM the prior evening. I shoulda just gone to work at 0400 and (maybe) headed home at lunchtime.
Thats the worst when you’re horribly tired and your mind won’t shut off. Has ruined so many attempts at sleep, let me tell you…
I think that’s one good thing about my ADHD, my brain eventually gets bored and let’s me sleep.
I know what you mean
Ah, ADHD. Attention Deficit …(wanders off after something else)
