I think she let panic out to be on guard. Having Lust, Vanity and Doubt out could be quite a distraction. Someone walking in on her having a Pow-wow with her self could be kind of bad.
It’s been awhile since I read this, but are we SURE it’s Lust? She doesn’t look lustful or sexy at all. She DOES look kinda predatory, though, and she has that “I’m so angry I’m calm” air about her. Also, why would she need Vanity AND Lust? I think that would distract her too much. I think she’s Wrath, it makes much more sense. Doubt, because she’s strongest, Vanity to counter Doubt if she gets out of hand, Panic to gaurd, and Wrath to kick the ass of anyone who gets in her way. Also if Wrath gets out of hand, Doubt (and possibly Panic) would be good to counter her. What purpose would Lust serve? She’s GOT to be Wrath
