i’m not so sure about that… two days ago the strip had ABBIE in it, today’s strip has Devyn. i think we’re seeing the “Siren Stereotype” thinking from Abbie, whereas Devyn sees the “real” Atsali and Nadette… and knows there’s nothing going on and is therefore doing it in a “AWW, isn’t that CUTE” manner.
Nadette in the last panel! <3
She is one happy little bear 😀
So, as expected, Abbie’s “magnificently tawdry rapscallion” was affectionate teasing.

Your characters have the most adorable expressions!
Nadette FTW!!!!
Wonderful faces: make me happy to start the day. 🙂
*sigh* if ONLY the rest of the world thought that way…
If only the rest of the world thought.
Should “no matter what you do” be at the beginning AND end of that sentence?
If Nadette wanted to strongly emphasize it to someone who wouldn’t catch on from just her tone of voice, yes.
The second time is not part of the same sentence – it’s a reiteration for emphasis. It’s not part of the same sentence.
