Ha! I went to leave a comment and thought, oh, I already left one I guess. We have the same default icon of Phix 🙂
Hands-down flat-out the best picture of Doubt ever drawn. When I saw that first panel for the first time, I actually physically recoiled. That’s some DAMN good art. Over the years that panel is still one of my favorites and I’d love to own it.
That face definitely crept into my printmaking years back, on my woodcut of La Lechuza, a Chicano-folklore boogeyman. Careful studying of Paul’s brilliance with lineweights has also taught me a lot about implying volume in black and white. At this point in my art and illustration career it’s silly to look at my art and not see little things I picked up from reading WS. Much <3
Well, that’s a scary little thing.

first time I read this was VERY late at night. lets just say that my showers for a week were filled with horror movie music.
Tepoz, I’m having Doubts about your choice of hairstyle in panel four.
OMG Zombie Apocolypse!
