Nothing wrong with her teeth here, it’s a little hard to tell at first though. Just compare with how Monica’s mouth is open in the previous panel.

Her adult teeth never came in, so one imagines her teeth look unnaturally small. “Creepy”

The depictions of Katherine in these early strips does not do justice to how… shapely she ^actually^ is.
And this is because she is wearing a shapeless, loose dress, and possibly no bra. You can see that she is actually curvy if you look at her chest. A good demonstration of how clothes can shape perceptions of our bodies
