Is that a small smile I spy?
Despite being Goth, its heartening to see Kathy smile every so often
I don’t think Kathy is goth or emo or anything like that. Being those labels is intentional. Kathy is just different.
Katherine can’t be a goth… for one thing, she’s not twelve.
We Goths come in ALL ages.
Trying to reach out to people is hard, I usually do best in situations where I have to interact (formal group activities are great when you’re shy)
I can actually relate to Katherine sometimes. I feel secluded, out of touch, and sometimes afraid of getting out and socializing. It’s not an easy thing, dealing with the feelings that want to turn you into a hermit.
I know. I can attest to that too. Worse, it’s often very hard to describe the feelings keeping you back, even to yourself.
