Well… that depends on how strong Shawna is and how heavy Castella is. Shawna may be stronger than she looks, and Cass is technically a plant in human form so she may be very light.
So the question is did Shawna catch Cas midleap about to rip Tim to shreds and complimenting her as a way to calm her down. Or did she pick her off the ground and that’s why Cas froze in such a weird position.
