Last I heard, a few weeks ago, they were 13. But Scarlet is advanced for her years.
Characters around here don’t seem to bother too much about their ages being fixed to time passing.

Fairly sure Stela has (partially) moved on from that: at least, she knows that both Scars and Timmeh are happy together
