No need to hear. Think about what doubt IS, and think about how it helps to have the personification that is Doubt be seductive. Also, think about how Doubt has acted in the past – sultry, seductive, sensual.
I recall some of Monica’s demons having more then one aspect. Doubt is one. We don’t know which Luci is seeing. It could be dark and sultry [with the stretchy tongue.] That said, it IS a curious comment. I catch no sarcasm in her “tone.”

Yeah, it’s all just a case of bad PR from those who have nearly unfettered access to the ears of the widest sectors of the public.

I’m beginning to like Luci more and more. She’s handling this so calmly. Most guys would be picking them up and putting them down after the goat heads bit. I picture a cartoony man shaped hole in the door and burning footprints left behind.

Reading Doubts dialogue doesn’t convey why Luci finds her beautiful.

Spelling error in second panel: Cas wants to BORROW Doubt. A BARROW is either a wheeled cart or a burial mound.
I’m just looking forward to Cas ‘unraveling’ herself in front of Luci.

And I’m thinking Luci might well be versed w/ her own aspect of Doubt, over the course of her interesting life anyway, to not be ‘scurred’ too much.
