Reminds me. I look after a patient who’s nearly 80 now. One day for some reason we’d recited the “Eeny Meeny Miiny Moe” rhyme.
…But we hadn’t both learned the same words.
“Catch a Tigger by the toe” …is the next line as I learned it growing up in the 1980s. Tigger being the name of Winnie the Pooh’s stuffed tiger friend, as far as I’m aware.
My Patient born in the 40s had learned a different version. One not really fit to teach children, at least by modern sensibilities.
…let’s just say it RHYMES with “Tigger”. >_<
Silly old goof. I can't take him anywhere!
Ummm, never fart on a lit match?
… hanging from a telephone wire. Or was it “sitting on”?
I always heard the version of “nose is longer than a telephone wire”

Where is she running off to, I wonder… oh and *snigger
It’s even worse when you have no pants.
Told you.
