i remember googeling this when i first read this comic.
wanted to see what could put someone to sleep so well ^^
as it is the research has made me try some foods which i would not have otherwise so kudos paul 🙂
Advise something, what fills the stomach nicely, but not too heavy (depends on the person). I personally go for boiled eggs – 5-6 do it well.
