The same level of engineering expertise went into the design and manufacturing of that bra as was used in the building of the great suspension bridges of the world.
Humans can’t see it. I haven’t worked it out in comic, but I have a section of the city that is in a pocket dimension (kinda like where Castela goes to blast rocks near Mesa Verde) where para businesses exist, and paras can just be themselves. =)
My science-fiction-trained mind just whirls with the possibilities. I came up with a few: (1) We’re all a little paranormal and the powers just haven’t been awakened in some of us, but until then paranormals must live a separate existance. (2) Paranormals and normals are separate, least as far as powers are concerned, but normals could destroy paranormals and paranormals must hide. (3) Paranormals have power enough to either (a) destroy All Creation, or (b) take it over, but, somehow, they don’t want to.
All lots of details to sift through. I had the urge to share my speculation.
