One of my sisters friends used to say “whoot whoo” instead of whistling.

Why would that be bad? ^_^

Seriously though, there’s been stories in the news the past several years about girls hitting physical puberty younger and younger; the chief suspect being growth hormones in the meat we eat. Doctors are concerned by the trend because… well… menstruation and rapid hormone shifts put a lot of stress on the body, and increases risks of infections… and a girl’s body doesn’t really need those kind of problems at age 8 or 9!

Farther down the line we see more and more teenage girls who are so well developed (including things like height, perverts) that they don’t look like legal minors at all, to the naked eye. You mistake a 14 year old for a 19 year old, she’s not going to correct you; she’s just going to take the compliment and see how far she can play this game.

Laws have gotten extremely harsh in the last couple decades due to the “human trafficking” hysteria. Men not guilty of doing anything but treating a girl who looks 19 like she is 19 (and said she was 19) can have their whole futures destroyed, since they, being male, are always assumed guilty until proven innocent (and often AFTER being proven innocent).

We live in dangerous times. 🙁

Children are cruel, they latch onto the one person different and bully them horribly because of it. Because they haven’t hit puberty, big boobs are not sexual to them, just weird. When I moved into my house, neighbor had two daughters, both looked 17-22 years old but turns out the younger looking one was 16 and the older looking one was….. 12. We got to be friends (she treated me like a sugar-daddy uncle, not sexual but shopping trips, taking her and a couple of her friends out to eat, movies, that sort of thing). I helped a tiny bit get past the bullys at school, 7th grade was rough for her but I told her she’d have them eating out of her hands in a year or two once puberty hit the other kids over the heads, hehe.
        …
Agree about girls causing grief with false accusations, like the Duke lacrosse team, so many people wanted to string the young men up but when it came out she made up the whole thing, she wasn’t punished nearly enough for almost causing deaths and jail time for innocent people… I think the disregard for other humans has been growing and becoming increasingly terrifying (those kids recording and laughing at guy drowning, guy shoving woman in front of bus, new “game” of throwing boiling water on unsuspecting victims, I weep for the future…
